    Absolutely.


    Consultations are encouraged for guests considering a significant haircut, color transformation, extensions, corrective color, or simply looking for professional guidance before booking. They allow us to better understand your goals and develop a personalized plan for your hair.

  • Do you accept walk-ins?

    We welcome walk-ins whenever availability allows, though appointments are strongly recommended to ensure you can reserve time with your preferred stylist.

  • Do you specialize in balayage, blonding, and lived-in color?

    Yes.

  • Do you offer hair extensions?

    Yes.


    We offer extension services and consultations for guests seeking added length, fullness, or both. Because every guest's needs are different, we recommend scheduling a consultation before your extension appointment.

  • What should I do before my appointment?

    Feel free to bring inspiration photos, screenshots, or examples of styles you love. The more information you can share, the better.


    If you've recently had color services performed elsewhere or use specialty products at home, letting your stylist know beforehand is always helpful.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.

    • Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment are subject to a 50% service charge.

    • Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a 100% service charge.


    Advance notice helps us accommodate other guests while respecting the time reserved specifically for you.

  • What if I'm running late?

    Please contact us as soon as possible if you're running behind.


    We'll do our best to accommodate you, but depending on your arrival time, your service may need to be modified, shortened, rescheduled, or subject to our cancellation policy in order to stay fair to both our guests and our team.

  • Why do you require a card on file?

    To reserve appointments and protect our stylists' time, certain services require a valid credit or debit card on file.


    Your information is stored securely through our booking platform and is only charged in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policies.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept cash, major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital payment methods.


    Gratuities may be added electronically, though cash tips are always appreciated. For your convenience, an ATM is available on-site.

  • What products do you use?

    We work with professional, salon-quality products selected for their performance, reliability, and ability to help guests maintain healthy, beautiful hair between visits.
