Consultation First
We place a huge emphasis on consultation and communication. Hair is personal. The strongest results happen when guests feel comfortable being candid about their goals, routines, frustrations, maintenance preferences, budget, and lifestyle. We encourage open conversations and collaborative decision-making throughout the appointment process. Inspiration photos, questions, uncertainty, honesty, and curiosity are all welcome here.
Our goal is never to simply “get through” an appointment. We want guests to feel heard, informed, and confident in the direction of the service from start to finish. For larger color changes or transformational services, we may recommend beginning with a consultation first to ensure enough time is reserved and expectations are fully aligned.
